SUPALUX LIGHTING RETURNS POLICY

FAULTY GOODS

  • All goods will be repaired and returned to end client/wholesaler
  • All goods supplied as an advance replacement are chargeable
  • All goods found to be working will be returned and the wholesaler will be charged a labour and return carriage charge
  • All goods that are returned must fall within the 1 year warranty period

SHORT DELIVERIES/OR DAMAGES

  • All goods short delivered or damaged in transit must be reported to Supalux Lighting within 3 days

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS

  • Errors must be notified within 3 working days
  • All goods to be returned must have a returns reference number raised by Supalux Lighting

INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS

  • A standard charge of 30% will be applied to all goods
  • All goods returned at the wholesalers own cost
  • All goods that are returned must be in A1 condition
  • All goods must be current and not discontinued
  • All products deemed as specials by Supalux are non returnable

STOCK CLEANSES

  • All goods returned must have been inspected by Supalux Lighting
  • A compensating order of 2 to 1 is required to cleanse any product
