SUPALUX LIGHTING RETURNS POLICY
FAULTY GOODS
- All goods will be repaired and returned to end client/wholesaler
- All goods supplied as an advance replacement are chargeable
- All goods found to be working will be returned and the wholesaler will be
charged a labour and return carriage charge
- All goods that are returned must fall within the 1 year warranty period
SHORT DELIVERIES/OR DAMAGES
- All goods short delivered or damaged in transit must be reported to Supalux
Lighting within 3 days
INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS
- Errors must be notified within 3 working days
- All goods to be returned must have a returns reference number raised by Supalux Lighting
INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
- A standard charge of 30% will be applied to all goods
- All goods returned at the wholesalers own cost
- All goods that are returned must be in A1 condition
- All goods must be current and not discontinued
- All products deemed as specials by Supalux are non returnable
STOCK CLEANSES
- All goods returned must have been inspected by Supalux Lighting
- A compensating order of 2 to 1 is required to cleanse any product
