DEFINITION
The term ‘Company’ or ‘Supalux’ used throughout these terms and conditions or catalogue refers to Supalux Lighting Ltd.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders placed for products are accepted on the understanding that the purchaser agrees to our Conditions of Sale, copies of which are enclosed in our catalogue.
PRICES
Published prices of Supalux products are those ruling at the time of publication and are subject to alteration without notice. All goods to be invoiced at the prices current on the date of despatch unless otherwise agreed. All prices exclude VAT.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION DISCREPANCIES
Shortages or damages must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt
GOODS FOR RETURN
Under no circumstances may goods be returned without a documented authorisation number from our office.
Any faulty goods returned that are found to be in working order will be returned and re-invoiced, together with any applicable carriage charges.
SPECIALS
Orders for specials ie. variations to standard products or products not defined as stock items, are ordered and supplied on a strictly non returnable and non cancellable order basis. Under no circumstances will the company accept returns in full or partial quantities.
WARRANTY
All Supalux goods are fully guaranteed for a twelve month period from date of receipt. Any product found to be faulty within this period, either by way of workmanship or material, will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Exclusion to the warranty includes: fair wear and tear, wilful damage, misuse, alteration and/or incorrect installation practices.
Under no circumstances will charges for any repair or remedial work, including labour cost or equipment hire, be accepted without prior written consent and agreement from Supalux.
SPECIFICATION
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any product selected is suitable for its intended application.
COPYRIGHT
All products, names, drawings and descriptions may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written consent of Supalux Lighting.
DESIGN ALTERATIONS
All information provided within this catalogue, including dimensions and descriptions, are intended only as a guide. Pre-emptive work undertaken before the receipt of goods and enclosed instructions is done so at the purchasers risk and no reparation will be made. Supalux reserve the right to alter product specification and dimensions without prior written notification.
DELIVERY DATES
Delivery dates quoted, either verbally or in writing, are given in good faith and are subject to the availability of products.
